Each panel is edged with a narrow crystal-set trim strip that follows the full length of the panel border, while mixed-size rhinestone studs are scattered across the mesh surface between the trim lines in a loose, non-uniform distribution. The combination of bordered panel edges and scattered field stones creates two distinct layers of embellishment that read separately at close range and merge into a single textured surface from a distance.

Pinched Arch, Mule Construction.

The radiating panels converge and gather at a single pinch point positioned at the arch of the foot, where the mesh is drawn together and held in a tight central formation before spreading outward across the vamp.
