Open Weave Braid Crossover Slide, Square Toe
Two wide bands cross diagonally across the vamp in an X-formation, each originating from the inner sole edge on one side and running diagonally to the outer sole edge on the opposite side, with the crossing point sitting at the centre of the foot above the square toe. Each band is constructed from multiple parallel metallic braid cords running side by side across the full band width, woven together at regular intervals to create open diamond-shaped cutouts distributed evenly across the band face. The braid cords carry a fine twisted rope texture with a high-sheen metallic surface, with the open cutouts exposing the padded footbed beneath and creating a lattice silhouette across the vamp from above.
Diamond Cutout Braid, Tan Leather Sole Edge
The open diamond cutouts within each band are formed by the natural spacing between the woven braid cord intersections, with each cutout framed by four cord segments meeting at diagonal angles and the footbed surface visible through each void. A small gold-tone rectangular hardware tab sits at the inner sole anchor point of each band, functioning as a tonal finishing element at the base of each strap where it meets the sole edge. The warm tan leather-wrapped perimeter edge of the outsole runs continuously around the full base circumference, visible from the side as a fine natural leather border between the footbed and the rubber outsole.

The two crossover bands hold the foot across two diagonal contact points above the square toe, with the open weave construction distributing the upper coverage across the full vamp while keeping the foot visually light through the diamond cutouts.
